Established in 2017, BINAE Welfare Association, also known as the Blind Institute for National Awareness & Empowerment (BINAE), is committed to promoting inclusion and empowerment for individuals with disabilities.
Registered with Social Welfare Sindh, We provide quality education, vocational training, and personal development opportunities. Affiliated with organizations like SDC, STEVTA, NAVTTC, and Sindh Technical Board, we equip our students with recognized qualifications and industry-relevant skills.
Our goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve financial independence, support their families, and gain respect in society.

BINAE Welfare Association is formally incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. This incorporation signifies our transition into a fully regulated, not-for-profit company operating under a robust legal and governance framework.
